1. I know what make/model vehicle I want. Can I view these vehicles without scrolling through all vehicles?

Yes. Simply click on the vehicle search link to the left. Type in the make or model and those vehicles only will be displayed. (ie. type Cavalier and get a listing of all Cavaliers)

2. I can't find the vehicle I am looking for. Can you e-mail or call me when the vehicle I am interested in is added to your inventory?

Yes. Click here to send your request. Please include the type of vehicle you want and your price range. Feel free to add any other relevant information. One of our sales representatives will contact you as soon as a suitable vehicle is available. At CarMax our vehicles sell quickly. Contact us to ensure that you don't miss out!

3. Are all your vehicles inspected and certified?

Yes. Unless otherwise stated, all CarMax vehicles come fully certified and inspected. Every vehicle on our lot must pass a comprehensive CarMax Certified inspection by one of our licensed technicians. Remember, its just not certified its CarMax Certified.

4. Do your vehicles come with warranty? Do you offer extended warranty coverage?

Yes. Every used vehicle is backed by a 30 day limited warranty. Plus we offer the added protection of optional extended warranties for worry-free driving. Get additional information by clicking on the warranties link on the left.

5. All vehicles listed have a bi-weekly price. What does that include?

Our experience is that most customers primary concern is with the payment amount. We have the vehicle to fit your budget. All our bi-weekly payment plans assume zero downpayment. If you have a trade-in or have a cash downpayment your bi-weekly payment will be significantly lower. All bi-weekly payments are plus applicable tax. If you would like to know the purchase price, please call any of our helpful sales representatives.

6. How can I apply for credit?

You can click on the financing link to get information on how to contact one of our business managers. They can take your credit application over the phone and often have an answer within 30 minutes. Out of town? Call us collect!

7. Can you finance people with credit problems?

In most cases, yes. We have several finance companies and major banks to choose from to fit nearly every budget and credit history. We specialize in financing good people with bad credit.

8. Do you accept trade-ins?

Yes, we will even buy your car. We will need to drive and inspect your vehicle to determine its value.We check your cars exterior, interior, mileage and age. Excessive wear and tear may lower your cars value. It takes a lot to be a CarMax car. If it doesn't meet our high standards we will wholesale your vehicle at no charge. This can save you a substantial amount of taxes.

9. Do you provide on-site service and warranty work?

Yes. We service what we sell. All warranty work covered under one of our extended warranty programs can be performed at CarMax. We also do regular maintenace, remote starters and much more. Click on the service and detailing links to view our current specials.
